The 2026 Fall Meeting educational program is being developed in collaboration with our colleagues at the University of New Mexico. While a few faculty members are still being finalized and additional educational details will be announced as they become available, the program is shaping up beautifully and promises an outstanding educational experience.
Our meeting dates coincide with the renowned Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, offering a vibrant backdrop of culinary events, tastings, and citywide experiences. Dr. Cheryl McDonald, TSM President and 2026 Fall Meeting Program Chair, along with her husband and TSM Member Dr. Kevin Connelly, have crafted an unforgettable experience in the Land of Enchantment.
The 2026 Fall Meeting Registration Guide is now available and includes full details on the meeting schedule, educational program, registration fees, hotel accommodations, curated excursions, special events, dining experiences, travel planning and MORE!
Many optional excursions and special events have limited capacity and are expected to fill quickly. Attendees who submitted a pre-registration for deadline-driven activities, including Native Flavors of the Southwest, will be confirmed first. Any remaining seats will then be offered on a first-come, first-served basis through the registration process.
We encourage you to review the Registration Guide and complete your registration early to secure your preferred activities.
Our TSM Discounted Room Block is reserved for September 25–30, 2026, at a discounted room rate of $409.00 per night, plus a $35 daily amenity fee and applicable taxes. Discounted room rates will be available for two nights prior to and two nights following the meeting dates, providing flexibility to arrive early or extend your stay.
Please use the booking link below to reserve your accommodations. This special rate is available through September 4, 2026, or until the room block is fully reserved, whichever occurs first. We encourage you to book early, as rooms are expected to fill quickly during the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta weekend.
